Description
This 8-week education program is offered at no cost to participants. It is nationally developed and federal agency approved. NAMI Family-to-Family not only provides information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you'll also find out that you're not alone. This is an education program, not a support group.
Who should attend: family members and caregivers of an adult living with a mental health condition such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia. NAMI educators will call registrants prior to course to provide details and learn more about your situation.
